Film Synopsis: Nominated for the 2013 Palme d’Or at Cannes film Festival, YOUNG & BEAUTIFUL stars Marine Vacth as Isabelle, a 17 year old on a summer holiday with her family when she loses her virginity. Told across four seasons, Isabelle begins working as a call girl, eventually developing something of a relationship with an older man who treats her better than many of her other clients. After an unexpected event, Isabelle’s mother learns of the girl’s secret life , causing a great amount of conflict between everyone in the family and leading to complications between Isabelle and her stepfather. Directed by Francois Ozon the director of Swimming Pool and 8 Women.
